Motor Driver

ELNAGE-MD-BLDC 24V-I

The driver is designed to control three-phase brushless DC motors with a nominal voltage of 12…24V, equipped with magnetic angle sensors based on Hall effect sensors. It is used in Airfan, BOREASA, and similar fans with a power rating of up to 100W.

Technical description of the BLDC 24V Motor Driver:

  1. Nominal supply voltage: +12…24V
  2. Peak load power not more than 100 W
  3. The rotation speed is directly proportional to the amplitude of the signal at analog input 2 (pin 2 of connector X6) in the range of the control signal from 0.2V to 5V. In the range from 0V to 0.1V – the motor is turned off, from 0.1V to 0.2V – the motor runs at the minimum speed.
  4. Speed control from 960 rpm to 60,000 rmp. (The maximum rotation speed at nominal supply voltage is determined by the motor parameters).
  5. The function implemented by analog input 1 (pin 2 of connector X5) is assigned when ordering.
  6. Speed or voltage (PWM) control is also carried out via the RS485 interface through connector X1. Pin 1 – B, Pin 2 – A, Pin 3 – common (GND).
  7. Connector X4 is for service purposes.
